We Don't Collect Personal Information without Your Knowledge and Consent.
www.PacerKidsAgainstBullying.org does not collect personal information without your knowledge and written consent. Personal information includes such things as your name, address, phone number, or other specific facts that identify you as an individual.
We Protect Children's Privacy
www.PacerKidsAgainstBullying.org does not generally collect personal information from children under 13. Our contests, however, do require children to include their full name, age, address, and other personal information. They also require written parent consent. Contest entries may be posted to the Web site with contestant's first name and grade; no other identifying information will be used. No personal information submitted by contestants is sold or rented to any third parties.
