Bullying is the lowest rung on the ladder of life. If you stoop that far down and join in or even encourage bullying, then you may never find the top of the ladder. If you stand by while someone is being bullied, then you are no better than the bully. It may even become you being bullied. It is best to step in now, and do what you can to stop it.
